It is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow the steps below BEFORE running this update

 

1. Run an FTP Backup and ensure no errors occur.

2. Exit Partslink Accounts from ALL computers and Terminals.

3. Click on the Click Here to Start the UPDATE V9 now below

4. Select open or run from current location

5. When prompted select next   next  next  finish

6. All should be updated.

7. You may find when you restart the accounts program that some files will be updated as you select some options. This is normal.

 

9. Finally “If you don’t feel competent or comfortable running this update then phone 0800 785-465 and

     you will be guided through this procedure or we will run this update for you”.

     REMEMBER : It is better to be safe (and ask) than sorry.
